Rugby Culture Returns Policy
At Rugby Culture, we want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return any unwanted product within 30 days of delivery (for online orders) or within 30 days of purchase (if bought from our London Retail Store).
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
We understand that sometimes items just don’t work out. If your item was purchased from rugbyculture.com or through the Rugby Culture app and is in its original condition, it can be returned within 30 days. Please note the following exceptions:

Underwear & Swimwear: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Socks: Can only be returned if sealed in original packaging.

Bottles: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Personalized items: Non-returnable.

Supplements: Can only be returned if unopened, with the seal intact and in resalable condition in original packaging.

In the US and Canada, items discounted by 60% or more are considered ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To receive a full refund on eligible items, they must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition as received. If the returned item is damaged, worn, or unsuitable, we won’t be able to issue a refund. All returns are inspected upon receipt.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refund times depend on your chosen return courier and how long it takes to get the items back to our warehouse. Once received, we’ll process your return within 7 days.

Refunds are processed onto the original payment method used.

If a gift card was used, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Refunds can take up to 7 days from when we receive your items at our warehouse. Once processed, it can take an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

If using a Happy Returns Bar in the US or returning to our London Retail Store, your refund will be processed immediately upon return.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE RETURNS INTO ONE PACKAGE?
Unfortunately, we cannot process combined returns at this time. Returns from different orders must be sent separately. Even if returns are registered separately from the same order, they cannot be processed together if returned in one package. Combining returns may cause errors in your refund.
If you've already combined returns, please contact us and retain proof of return postage receipts.
